License Overview
When you purchase a ClinicFeeds digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files under these License Terms. Each purchase licenses the files to one clinic location.
Permitted Use
You may use purchased templates for marketing the one clinic location covered by the purchase. You may edit wording, colors, images, offers, and service details. You may export finished designs for that licensed clinic’s social media, email, print, website, or local marketing.
Client Use
Agencies, freelancers, or consultants may purchase and edit the files on behalf of one client clinic location. A separate purchase is required for each additional clinic location, including another location owned by the same client or organization. The original source templates may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or publicly shared as standalone template files.
Editing and Customization
You may customize templates for the licensed clinic’s branding, local offers, services, staff, imagery, disclaimers, and platform requirements. The licensed clinic is responsible for reviewing final materials before publishing.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the content for misleading medical claims or guaranteed outcome promises. You may not use the files in a way that violates advertising, privacy, professional, healthcare, or platform rules.
Redistribution
You may not share source files publicly, distribute them in free resource libraries, upload them to public drives, or provide them as downloadable templates to third parties.
Resale
You may not resell the original source templates, upload the files to template marketplaces, or claim ClinicFeeds templates as your own template product.
Template Sharing
Internal sharing is allowed only among the licensed clinic’s team members and service providers who need the files for that clinic’s project. A shared agency library, multi-clinic library, public link, marketplace upload, or file-sharing group is not permitted.
AI Image Prompts and Generated Images
Some products may include AI image prompts or creative direction. Generated images must be reviewed for accuracy, rights, consent, platform rules, and healthcare advertising requirements before use.
