Digital Product Delivery
ClinicFeeds products are digital downloads. After purchase, files may be delivered by download link, account access, or order email.
Access After Purchase
Access may depend on successful payment, order verification, account status, and the availability of the website or third-party services used for delivery.
No Physical Shipping
No physical item will be shipped. Shipping addresses, if collected by checkout tools, are not used for physical delivery of ClinicFeeds digital products.
Download Issues
If a download link does not work, contact ClinicFeeds with your order email and order number so access can be reviewed and restored where possible.
Refund Eligibility
Because ClinicFeeds products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered if:
- The same product was purchased twice by mistake.
- The download link does not work and ClinicFeeds cannot provide access.
- The file is corrupted and ClinicFeeds cannot provide a working replacement.
- The product received is materially different from the product description.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after download.
- Lack of software required to edit the files.
- Failure to read the product description.
- Compatibility issues not reported before purchase.
- Using the product and deciding it does not fit a campaign.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact ClinicFeeds within 14 days of purchase with the order details.
Corrupted or Inaccessible Files
If files are corrupted or inaccessible, ClinicFeeds will first try to provide a working replacement or alternate access. A refund may be considered if access cannot be provided.
EU Consumer Withdrawal Notice
For EU consumers, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. By requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins, where permitted by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
