These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ClinicFeeds digital products, website, downloads, and related services.
Digital Products
ClinicFeeds products are digital marketing content resources, including editable templates, content calendars, campaign prompts, PowerPoint files, Excel files, PDFs, and related digital assets.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting login credentials. Access to downloads may require an active account or valid order record.
Orders and Payment
Prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are processed through third-party payment providers and may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
Digital Delivery
Products are delivered digitally through download links, account access, or order emails. No physical item is shipped.
License and Permitted Use

Prohibited Use

No Marketing Results Guarantee
ClinicFeeds does not guarantee patients, bookings, revenue, rankings, engagement, campaign performance, or business results. Users are responsible for adapting content to their market and audience.
Refunds and Digital Downloads
Refunds are handled under the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy. Because products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Intellectual Property
ClinicFeeds and its licensors retain ownership of source templates, copy systems, layouts, files, prompts, brand materials, and website content except for third-party assets or customer-provided content.
User Responsibilities
Users must review and adapt all claims, offers, imagery, and promotional language for their local advertising, privacy, professional, platform, and healthcare marketing requirements.
Third-Party Tools
Some files may require third-party tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PDF readers, Canva, or social platforms. ClinicFeeds is not responsible for changes, outages, or requirements from third-party tools.
Limitation of Liability
